The Milla townhouse looks similar to the Catya, except for a couple of design cues here and there but the real difference between the two townhouse units is that the Milla has a bigger floor area at 225 square meter compared to the Catya’s 160 square meters. This means that there are more open spaces in the Milla that can potentially be turned into additional bedrooms, which can potentially turn the 3-bedroom unit into a 5-bedroom one (additional rooms at the third and roof deck).
